Reza is a chemist and chemical engineer specializing in industrial chemistry, research and development (R&D), quality control (QC), formulation, and instrumental analysis. His professional work focuses on the development, optimization, characterization, and quality evaluation of chemical products and industrial processes. His technical expertise includes organic and industrial chemistry, chemical process development, formulation, reaction optimization, analytical chemistry, and laboratory quality control. He has practical experience with analytical techniques and instruments including GC, HPLC, FTIR, Karl Fischer titration, and other laboratory methods, with particular attention to method accuracy, repeatability, reproducibility, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. His research interests and professional activities include glycols and glycol purification, specialty chemicals, solvents, additives, automotive fluids, esters and plasticizers, amine-based chemicals, wastewater treatment and reuse, and the development of new chemical products. He approaches technical problems from both a chemical and process-engineering perspective, considering stoichiometry, reaction mechanisms, equilibrium, kinetics, temperature, pressure, solubility, mass transfer, corrosion, and process safety. Reza is also involved in technical documentation, product specifications, QC procedures, research reports, and the development of technical content for industrial applications. His approach emphasizes scientifically verifiable information, reliable references, accurate calculations, practical laboratory implementation, and clear distinction between established scientific evidence, engineering judgment, assumptions, and hypotheses. He is currently engaged in industrial chemical research and product development at Kimia Gostaran Sepehr, with interests extending from laboratory-scale experimentation to industrial process optimization and technical product development.
